The Cabbage Thingie :)

Genius! All praise to whoever came up with it. I made mine really spicy with lots of pepper, Mrs. Dash and Tabasco. Used a drained can of tuna along with the LC and the whole thing came out to 284 calories with 10gr fiber, so my net carbs came out super low. Yummeh.

I lived on cabbage for the first few DD, that was my big mistake, I go sooooo sick of it! But I agree it is awesome for DDs and can be a lifesaver.

I'm thinking it will be perfect for work DDs, because it would also be tasty cold, if I can't get to the microwave.

It is a regular go to meal for me on DD, I omit the cheese, I love it without it and you just can't beat the calories for the ammount of food you get to eat!!
