Up day here...after a bumpy DD!
B - 2 eggs, OMM, cheese and peaches 460c L - Spinach lasagna and grilled corn/squash/zucc/tomato salad 303c S - chewy protein granola bar 190c D - We are eating out and having Ice cream after...I have 1000c to use! Have a GREAT Tuesday ALL!!!!!!! |

breakfast - quiche with spinich lunch - homemade Gordita-type tacos with veggies supper - not sure yet, but ice cream dessert! Recommend WW Dark Chocolate Raspberry popsicles, btw. Served to guests on a hot day and they fell in love with them. 80 cal Dawn, thanks for the info yesterday. I'm convinced the chance to get a bit of restaurant food is something that can save me on a hard DD. I had a super stressful day yesterday otherwise, so getting to go to Subway was like a mental break. I love the idea of that turkey sandwich, but the affiliate to Carl's here only serves other versions that are more caloric. Guess I could ask about leaving the sauces off, but I think that's where the taste is.

I love planning my UD at the end of my DD, and I even enjoy planning my DD at the end of an UD... guess I just like a good list ![]() B: 2 large hb eggs 2T 1/2 fat mayo tsp or so of mango/curry dip spice for the egg salad 2 slices 1g carb flax bread (about 100cal each) 4tsp margarine 1/2c raspberries (wasn't going to, but they had fallen out of their container in my grocery bag, so to punish them for escaping, I ate them )L: probably a bag of pork rinds and 1/3c dip, and some slices of deli turkey D: marinated flank steak (lean enough for a DD too!), creamed spinach, 90cal icemilk, and maybe some daaaark chocolate. LOVE UP DAYS!!! ![]()

Arlene-- add a glass of red wine (5fl oz is 125 cal), and not sure how much dreamfields you were planning, but I know that I usually double their serving of 2oz to 4oz, which is then 400 cal just in pasta... add the ground turkey and marinara, and it's probably higher.
Maybe a snack? some avocado? or some dark chocolate later on for about 250 cal? |

B: coffee w/hwc plus second cup w/hnh 2 eggs fried in 1T butter L: cab balance tortilla, turkey lunch meat, cheese, 1T cesar dressing 1 serving tortilla chips D: chicken sausage, oven roasted cabbage (recipe posted in DD recipe thread), Alexa sweet potato fries Sn: last small piece of dh's Father's Day Cake coffee w/hnh 2039 cals, 124 net carbs. That's still a tad low on the cals, but I am fine with it, but too high on the carbs. Of course I know the choices I made that caused that count to be higher than I would like. Still working on that mentality making the right choices. Stoopid cake is gone now so at least that's something! ![]() |
