I may switch out the Quest bar for something else because I'm not in the mood for it but am just having it so I can try the flavor and decide which one of the three I like the best to place an order. |

1/2 cup blackberries 1.5-egg omelet in coconut oil w veggies If one of us can get by a store sometime today for some yellow squash and wraps, I'd like to have a shredded-veggie wrap as I described in the Easy No-Recipe Foods for DDs thread. If not, veggie sticks with some kind of sensible dip. Next time I'm near Wendy's on a DD, I'm going to have to try that chili! It certainly doesn't seem to be hurting Dawn's maintenance. Is the habanero sauce especially hot? |

b: white tea, strawberry flavor L: 2oz turkey breast slices, 1 triangle lite laughing cow D: plan is for about 5oz grilled or steamed asparagus, and 8oz salmon (not sure how I'm cooking it-- grilled or broiled). I'm going to try to make an all-almond milk frozen dessert, and if it works out, it will be 55 cal per serving (about 4oz by weight, I hope). Totals would be around: 512 calories 8g net |
