It's Sunday ~ What are you eating?

UD

B: Bagel and cream cheese, coffee
L: XX
D: Chukchansi Gold's buffet for DH for Father's Day. I plan to eat lightly this morning and then not worry TOO much about dinner. Perhaps I can convince the family to take a drive just a bit further up into Yosemite for the afternoon, as it's supposed to be 108 degrees F here in the valley today. Blah!

UD Celebrating Father's Day

B: carb balance tortilla spread with PB and sf jelly
coffee w/hnh

L: 1.5 servings of tortilla chips, melted cheese, avocado

D: BBQ Ribs
creamed corn
tomato basil salad
mandarin orange cake

I have tallied this all to the best of my abilities, trying to be SO exact. Right now I am at 2367 cals for the day. Since my weight is so high, the JUDDD calculator puts me at 529/2645. I just rounded it to 500/2500 because it's easier to remember.

I tell ya, that 2500 is scary. This is a scary lot of food. BUT, it's a holiday, a special celebration for us, so I will enjoy today. I hope to keep my UDs this week a little more balanced with better nutrition.

Would sure love to fast on DDs! I think that's how Sheridan is losing so well, right? Man, that'd be great! But I don't think I can do that yet.

Fairy, I'll trade you on the weather! This is insane!

We ended up at Chukchansi for lunch. I am almost afraid to tell you all everything I had: salad w/veggies, cottage cheese and salsa, watermelon, pineapple, 1/3 dinner roll with butter, prime rib w/horseradish, turkey breast w/cranberry sauce, white cake with frosting, chocolate cake with frosting. That was nearly 1100 calories. I have a little over 500 left for dinner, so not too shabby, if I figured out my portions correctly.

I didn't eat nearly the portions I calculated I would. Looks like I will have some cals left. Maybe I will indulge in some popcorn tonight.

I know it's important to eat all your UD cals, right? But on DDs you can go lower? My UD calculations are for like 2600 calories.

Hi everyone, my name is Amy and I am having a "IT CAN'T POSSIBLY BE RIGHT THAT I EAT THIS MUCH FOOD ON MY DIET" moment. Please excuse me.

Amlyjo - you can absolutely go below your DD calories, no problem. Hope you had fun getting all those cals in!

DD

Sick to stomach today so stuck w/ chicken broth and sf tropical popsicles.
