It's Saturday ~ What are you eating?

Surprised this hasn't been started yet, so I'll go first.

DD

B: Black coffee (4)
S: Mango Lassi or Quest Bar (120 or 170)
L/D: Cucumber, tomato, greek yogurt, old bay seasoning. (99)
Small Wendy's chili w/habanero sauce. (210)

Not sure which I'll have for lunch and which for dinner, so I put them together. Total if there's no snacking and I choose the Quest Bar - 483. I may add more, or change things up if we're out most of the day.

L: EAS Carb Control Shake

Sn: 1/2c sliced cucumber

D: Homemade veggie soup
1 link chicken sausage (Casual Gourmet from Costco)

I have a little bit of room to have a ff/sf jello with a squirt of whipped cream if I want to.

That's 516, with only 19 net carbs. This is slightly under my target of 500 and that's even slightly under my calculator total I got from the site. But I rounded to 500/2500. Yesterday's UD was a struggle to hit 2500. I will need to plan a bit better for lower carbs and better quality of nutrition on my UDs.

I hope I can do it! I really think I can because psychologically I feel fine with telling myself it's just one day. Tomorrow we have a feast planned so I have a lot to look forward to.

Although I may allow myself 500 and eat a little more sliced ham as I am pretty hungry after exercising today and we are doing house renovation stuff all day.

Chicken risotto with asparagus and courgette (small portion)

Strawberries and raspberries.

559 cals - a bit over but you need to eat perfect strawberries on the day they are picked.

UD for me

Breakfast was Greek yoghurt mixed with something i hadn't tried before but spotted when i was doing some online shopping it's a mix of milled flaxseed, almonds, brazil nuts and almonds. I added a half teaspoon of Splenda. I enjoyed it.

Lunch was an omlette, salad and mayo

Dinner was fried liver and bacon, steamed broccoli and cauliflower. I made a cheese sauce to go over the veg from a little butter, grated cheese and a little cream. Filling and enjoyable.

1964 cals for the day and 23g carbs

Dinner ended up being a Subway 6" flatbread black forest ham with veggies, no cheese or mayo. Ending the day at 563 calories.

MD for me aiming for 1,200 calories.

I had bacon, eggs, 2 pancakes w butter/syrup for breakfast at 650.
snack of chocolate candy 100
For supper, hamburger w slaw, and a small Pepsi for 550.

So I hit 1,300.
