Thanks Jenny for the info on insulin resistance, very interesting. So the appetite suppression was just a side effect. Excellent.

Yes, a totally unexpected one! I bought the l-glut specifically for the insulin resistance issue.

I'm a Type 2 diabetic, so perhaps it won't have the same appetite suppressant effect for everyone.
However, my neighbor started taking it with me; she is not diabetic, but she is finding it helps her appetite too.
We both have to take less on UDs or else we cannot get our calories in!!!
