Swiming Making Me Ravenous

Wow. I usually do HIIT workouts and find they help reduce my hunger. I thought I'd add in a swim last Friday and today and both times I have been ravenous for the rest of the day.

I Googled this and it seems that this is a real phenomenon. Swimming makes you hungry.

So I'm not going to swim until I am at goal weight, certainly not on a DD.

I thought I share this as keeping hunger at bay is an issue for a lot of us on DDs

Oh yes, I remember way back in high school when I would swim laps, I would devour everything in sight afterwards. I'd also sleep really soundly and really well the same night. I miss swimming though, and need to find a pool close by.

Swimming has always, even as a kid, made me super hungry. Even when I was more playing in the water than actually swimming. Always starving after.
