Hey, Scotty---I hope it is okay if I barge in on your menu here...I noticed we are very close in weight and height...I'm slightly shorter. But your UD target is about 300 calories less than the one I came up with on the JUDDD calculator using light exercise (I do the 30 Day Shred daily) and 20%. But then I read your target and I thought "uh oh" maybe I got it wrong! Did you find that you needed to go lower on UDs to lose?

Skipped the shake, added ACV to my cucumber, and dinner's going to be a LARGE Wendy's chili, just because I can.

Total: 474

I may even add a sugar free fudgesicle for 40 calories. I am allowing up to 750 on DDs for the rest of June, though I've been around 600 most days.

Oh my goodness, Monica, the salad is amazing! I loved it so much, I requested/insisted the ladies use it for our salad lunch at church this weekend (I have a little bit of pull since I'm the pastor's wife )

Thank you so much for sharing the recipe!
