Time to promote JUDDD

Hi my lovely fellow JUDDD BUDDDs.

I have a plea. It would be great to see everyone who is JUDDDing put it into the details as their WOE. I see lots still saying Atkins, HCG etc.

JUDDD is magic and I'd love to see everyone sharing their good fortune.

Just a thought.

This is a great idea! I had always updated my profile to reflect my woe, so mine's been there since I started JUDDD, but because I know how wonderful JUDDD is and how well it works, I love the automatic "JUDDD promoting" in my profile even more.

I'm glad to be reminded that I have mine there! I've rarely thought about it since typing it there in '09. Good thread, Cindy! I find all the info posters happen to offer in their profile or signatures to be interesting, and it's a nice compliment to others that they would like to share with them.

I had JUDDD on my stats. Added some text to my signature. Marketing JUDDD is such a good idea! I nominate Cindy for head of PR!

Great thread - I discovered LC many years ago but have always struggled to be "good" consistently enough to lose much weight. I have found LC JUDDD so far to be amazing - by far the easiest plan I think!
