UD for me. Info to come!

The perfection :up: of my DD yesterday only brought me even with Sat morning, so I'm okay with that but not relieved. I need to get a handle on this new weekend schedule of Sat MD rather than Sun.

kimberino, hoping your procedure today is hardly any bother at all.

B - 1 cup cottage cheese 80c
L - lettuce, egg, guac, sour cream and salsa 270c
D - not sure but between 150 - 200 c

lots of water and coke zero

B - Egg and two slices of bacon

L - ham salad and a slice of brie.

D - Burger with no bun and lots of salad again.

Not added up the calories yet but I think around 1300
Just added it up and it's still only 950 cals so I may have to add a bun after all. Damn.

L: Lean Cuisine Potstickers
D: Crispy Nacho Chicken (again, thanks to Hungry Girl) & Alexia oven reds
S: Granola bar & if necessary a Ritz Crackerful

Leaves a little wiggle room for an after-workout snack.

B/L Clear liquids, more enzyme solution (at least it's flavored)
D Cheeseburgers, corn on the cob, potato salad and baked beans - and lots of laughs at our church camp fundraiser

Going to try to get as many UD calories in as possible from 6 pm on because I don't want to change my rotation.

UD here

B: starving - light english muffin with a bit of tuna salad then a HUGE cookie. I am already at 580 calories for the day - damn!!
L: lunch out at a fav place - they have an awesome lobster mac and cheese that I will try and resist because that will probably blow the rest of my calories for the day.
D: depends on how strong I am at lunch!

This is my second day on JUDDD and an UP day. I feel like I'm going to undo all my hard work yesterday, and lose that lovely flat tummy feeling when I woke up, but know it's the way it works.

B- 2 quorn sausages 2 wheat free crispbread and pineapple cottage cheese
L- a flatout wrap w/ ham,lettuce peppers onion pickles & potato chips (oops)
D- chicken, little brown rice and a big salad w/olive oil dressing
S- fat free yogurt w/strawberries and raspberries

will be about 1650 for the day and I should be at 1790 but won't manage them all.

Hope I doing this right.

DD here:

B: peach ginger iced tea, later some mango chili iced green tea
L: grape tomatoes and lite laughing cow cheese
D: bbq chicken thighs, salad, 0 fat/carb dressing mixed with 1/2fat mayo
S: if I need it, 1c of almond milk

that would bring me to 431 cal, 9g carb

I'm considering taking the plunge of going lower than 500 cal on my DD... my calculator number is 442, and I was sticking to around 500 (sometimes going up if needed).

so we'll see what happens :)

D: Steak, chips, peas - cream, mushroom & onion sauce
S: Cup of tea and a tiny baby chocolate ice cream cone
Wine: Glass of Red

Under cals today by approx 200 cals - but probably not an issue as I haven't adjusted my cals down with my weight loss (and not going to yet!)

Sweetlilac-- it's green tea with pieces of mango, carrot (for color I think), and chili flakes and chili strands (I guess pistils or stamens from the flower of the plant???). It's by david's tea, which I can't link you to b/c of forum rules, but you can google them if you're interested :) I sweeten it a bit, and it's fruity with some heat... very interesting and refreshing, and great on my DD's :D

1620 calories total so far. I'll see what I can add to dinner or maybe after dinner.
