Peach ginger ice tea sounds fab! Do you make it or buy it?
I buy the tea bags, they are Republic of Tea-- available lots of places I'm sure, like whole foods (read: paycheck ) and that cost plus world food market place...

My technique is to use about 6 bags for a 2qt/2L container, and I just fill with super hot water from the tap, and let it sit for a day (on the counter till it's cool, and then in the fridge). Sweeten to your liking (I use the liquid splenda drops).

For other iced tea, I actually cold brew-- same as above but you start with cold water this prevents too much bitterness from coming out, and I like this with my finer tea, like a nice oolong or jasmine green whole leaf.

But I digress, b/c I'm hopped up on caffeine

DD here:

B: peach ginger iced tea, later some mango chili iced green tea
L: grape tomatoes and lite laughing cow cheese
D: bbq chicken thighs, salad, 0 fat/carb dressing mixed with 1/2fat mayo
S: if I need it, 1c of almond milk

that would bring me to 431 cal, 9g carb
Update-- I had some celery with my lunch. I didn't bother to count it b/c I really want there to be a "free" food in the world.

I went for chicken breast instead of thighs, since I realized I can eat more of it

assuming I'll have the almond milk, new totals are:

443 cal
8g net carbs

B
L wonderful Wagamama noodles, and a small lager, I am guessing 1,000
D
S crisps and 2 large glasses of Pinot Grigio Blush

Must have been 1,600 cals but that is fine I'm in maintenance.

UD for me. Info to come!
Gee, I'm late for this

breakfast 328
English Muffin with coconut oil, butter and grape jelly
2 slices bacon

Shameless snacking (not all at once) 360
bugles
a twizler, the large type

Supper, also shameless 780
Wendy's burger
chocolate frosty

so calories are 1468, but sodium is (gasp) 2,200

better have a lot of veggie sticks to redeem myself, and plan on an angelic Wednesday.

L: 2 hard boiled eggs + 2 hard boiled egg whites
S: 1 cup coffee + half cup milk
D: Wasn't hungry, so I skipped it.

Going to bed now. 'night.

S: pumpkin egg protein shake

1620 calories total so far. I'll see what I can add to dinner or maybe after dinner.
DBF bought me a fancy bar of chili dark chocolate, so I'm having a good-sized portion of it to make up the rest of my calories today.
