My technique is to use about 6 bags for a 2qt/2L container, and I just fill with super hot water from the tap, and let it sit for a day (on the counter till it's cool, and then in the fridge). Sweeten to your liking (I use the liquid splenda drops).
For other iced tea, I actually cold brew-- same as above but you start with cold water this prevents too much bitterness from coming out, and I like this with my finer tea, like a nice oolong or jasmine green whole leaf.
But I digress, b/c I'm hopped up on caffeine
I went for chicken breast instead of thighs, since I realized I can eat more of it
assuming I'll have the almond milk, new totals are:
8g net carbs

It's actually Wed 2 am for me lol, but I had a DD on Tues - I think it was my most successful one so far.
L: 2 hard boiled eggs + 2 hard boiled egg whites
S: 1 cup coffee + half cup milk
D: Wasn't hungry, so I skipped it.
Going to bed now. 'night.
