Wonderful, Mitsa! I hope your weigh-in after a few days makes you even happier. Also hope you are feeling better.

Never thought I'd actually be looking forward to menopause, but you know, after all this time, I'm just ready for it to be done. I'm still regular as clockwork though, so not sure if it'll be here anytime soon. My mom had a hyst when she was 35, so no clue when she went through it to give me an idea.

Glad the scale cooperated for you, and hope it's even better news in a few days.

Mitsa, after my last PMS and TOM I lost 4 1/2 lbs those two weeks! I couldn't believe it. I don't know what I did or if it was just luck, but I gladly took it. Yay for you. I'm very happy for you!

Wow that's awesome. I was actually reading my journal entry last night and starting weight was actually 55.1kg. So, that means with Tom, it's actually .900g loss. If this is the true weight even after Tom has passed, then that would mean an average of 1/2 kg loss per week.
What a slow process. :hyst:
Im going to a wedding mid August and would like to buy something nice to wear, so hopefully I can lose the weight by then???:dunno:
I never did ask, do you exercise? Weights or cardio?
