Good Morning
Today is my first DD and I am kind of nervous but I just think I get to eat tomorrow.

B water
L Slim fast drink
D ?

I am going to TRY to do the drinks like the book suggest but not sure if i can just do the liquids. I may have a salad for dinner.

Looking at some of the post I guess it is ok to eat food on the down days in you can do the drinks and still get results?

L: Will probably be yogurt, banana, nectarine. Still maybe a lean cuisine; we'll see.

I never stick to plans either. Even on DDs when it should be easy... I see it as "women's prerogative."

Oh Maerow! When I had mine out, it was super rough. I won't go into it, but my oral surgeon actually made a couple of housecalls for me.

After "eating", remember to rinse your mouth gently... I found mildly warm water (no salt needed) worked best for me.

Try not to talk too much, and use ice packs/frozen peas... You will be ok!

Oh, and avoid taking any school ID pictures for a week Learned *that* one the hard way!

Lunch plans changed. DH's new office isn't too far from mine, so he called and asked if I wanted to meet for lunch.

In N Out: Mustard-fried hamburger, fries, and diet coke. Not helping my kidney stones too much, but mmm-mmm, it was good!

Perhaps dinner should be something somewhat healthy . . . .
