The weekend was not kind to me. So today I'll limit the DD to 500 rather than 600. I'm not eating until noon, and then probably

half an apple - 50
big salad - 150
omelet - 200
half a sweet potato w butter - 100
Real calories ended up:
half an apple - 47
big salad, no cheese - 69
omelet w veggies - 173
half a sweet potato w butter - 154

total calories - 443, total sodium - 353, fiber - 8, protein - 14, sugars - 20

really good day, high hopes, which I'll certainly need to reverse the 2 pounds up over the weekend. Going now to drink one more cup of water to reach 8 and finish the day.

It's after 7:00 p.m. and I'm still at work getting things together for a class we're having tomorrow. I brought a banana with me, so that was my snack. I will be picking up KFC on the way home, so other than that sad little banana, I've had nothing but junk today. That's okay. I'm within my calories and I don't do it very often. Hoping it will shock my system well enough to have a drop tomorrow.
