It's Saturday ~ What are you eating?

UD

B: Everything bagel w/schmear and coffee from Uncle Harry's bagels.

We're going to the Bully rescue walk at 10:00 (2 miles in the park with about a thousand humans and 500 or so canines!) It's supposed to get up to around 90 degrees F today, so that should be fun.

I haven't really thought about lunch or dinner. After the walk, there's a carnival. Then I have a hair appointment, so it's going to be a busy crazy day.

lynn, I asked for a SMALL cone of chocolate-raspberry cone on a recent up day when out with my daughter and it was HUGE, but it didn't keep me from staying right on track, so I know JUDDD is ice-cream friendly.

I also ended up having 1/4 of Keira's cinnamon croissant.

Lunch was Taco Bell: burrito supreme and taco supreme.

Dinner is still up in the air.

DD and since I had dinner plans I decided to go for a bit of a fast five approach. I walked 5 miles in the heat today and guzzled water, tea and diet soda but fasted till 7:30 dinner.

D: one small roll w roasted peppers (no butter), grilled romaine with shrimp and crab, then chicken marsala which I ate lightly and a bite of DHs pie. I figure ~700 cals. No wine. Happy with managing the DD and very satisfied with my food.

And after that.....
an assortment of carbs! Sigh.
But I did stay very close to 1,200, finishing up at 1,280. I'm sure the sodium will do me in for one day, but I'll redeem it. No worries.

DD turned MD due to pre-TOM starvation.

B: black tea, herbal tea
L: 1/3 small bag of movie theater popcorn
D: lemon herb chicken breast, 2 soft boiled eggs, smoked clams, smoked oysters, fage 0% greek yogurt

Wow, that popcorn was way too many calories even without the "butter topping", but going to the movies hungry on the DD right before TOM wasn't a good idea. Almost 1000 calories total, so it's closer to a MD. Ah well, this is fairly usual for me for a pre-TOM DD.
