Sore mouth on DD
Well, i guess it wont be too hard to eat nothing today, I have an infection in the bone around the wisdom tooth and can barely open my mouth.
![]() I feel lethargic and in alot of pain. ![]() Im thinking i may need to get some V8 vege juice as everything is going down with a straw the last couple of days. ![]() Also was going to weigh myself tomorrow but think i may wait as my tom starts on Monday and i usually weigh more around this time. I have to say though, its 11.30am here and im starving already, should be having 300 cals today. |

Oh, Mitsa, so sorry you are feeling lousy today!
Since you can state so clearly what's wrong, I'm guessing you have already seen a dentist or doctor and have some good advice? I hope you can get well from this soon. |

Eat (drink?) a little something before each pill - you don't want to let the pain killers make you nauseated! You could try drinking a nutrition-shake through a straw? I think that would be thick enough to keep any tummy-upset away.

Are you on antibiotics? Yogurt is easy to eat and always a good idea with antibiotics. I'm sorry you don't feel good. I've had the same thing and know how painful it is. Hope you feel better soon!

My daughter just had oral surgery a couple of days ago to remove her two bottom wisdom teeth. Her antibiotics are making her sick as well. I hope you feel better very soon!

With infection, you need antibiotics and pain killers (both of which can upset the tummy).
You are having way too much stress these days. Is your father out of hospital? Have you heard of/tried oil-pulling with coconut oil? I find it a great relief when I have oral problems. Last edited by gotsomeold; 06-09-2012 at 04:23 AM.. |

Sorry to hear about this
Maybe you can have pureed soup or apple sauce? If you are taking antibiotic, yogurt suggestion is great. Just remember to have the yogurt few hours before or few hours after taking antibiotics. Do not take it together. Hope you feel better soon!!! |
