DD Liquids vs DD Solids

In reading Dr. Weil's article on IF he mentions fasting as being liquids. Has anyone experimented with consuming their DD calories in liquid form versus solid? I'm wondering if there is a difference in making your stomach do the work of digesting raw veggies (which make up most of my DD calories) and whatever else you eat and just letting everything slide through as liquid. Anyone out there care to share any wisdom on this? I'm willing to do whatever it takes but I really enjoy cooking and figuring out what I can fix and enjoy for my 330 calories but if having tea and broth only will help speed up my loss I'm a willing girl!

I did induction on JUDDD using shakes so it was all liquid. I have completed many DD's with just liquids but I could not see a greater weightloss or faster weightloss than when eating small amounts of regular food.
