S: stewed rhubarb over neufchâtel + 100% cocoa powder, chocolate protein shake with 1 egg

1755 calories total. I was so happy to come across some local rhubarb since it's always so hard for me to find any.

s-leftover pinot noir-not very often I have wine leftovers-it's only one glass full though. Darn.

That probably won't be enough but I'm sure I'll find something....

Natasha - how about a Gordon's frozen tilapia fillet? They are 80 calories each and I love the garlic and butter ones. I would have them tonight but I'm very hungry today and afraid to do any grocery shopping on a DD when I am this ravenous!

L: canned salmon w/mayo (515)-this was the least satisfying lunch I had for 515 cal (I don't think the canned salmon was worth 315 cal). I rather have 1/2 lb fresh salmon for 320 cal.

D: ground lamb cooked with onions, ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric, savoy cabbage, butter (460)- this was so yumy
