Lost after an UD

My weight has been fluctuating the same 3-4 pounds for a couple weeks now sticking around 218-220 ...very frustrating:stars: Ive been doing great DD's thinking I would see a good loss in the morning :weigh: but nope :dunno:
I havent been fretting much about it, I am happy with my weightloss so far, so why fret, right.
So yesterday was an UP I felt like I pigged out. Philly cheese steak sandwich for lunch and roast and taters for dinner, topped off with a KING CONE icecream later that night.
When I woke up I felt bloated and prepared myself for a hefty gain. Imagine my surprise when I was down :jumpjoy:

Juddd is amazing, but so confusing at time.:dunno:

KeirasMom 06-03-2012 02:24 PM

:hyst: Happens to me all the time. You'll get used to the craziness of the numbers. :stars:

Yam-Yam 06-03-2012 02:27 PM

Awesome, Babykinz!! What a nice surprise. I guess that's why it's good to step on that scale even if we "feel" like it's gonna go up. You just never know and JUDD will keep you guessing! Congrats! KUTGW!:jumpjoy:

Joyjoy 06-03-2012 02:55 PM

Must have felt fabulous! Thanks for giving that to the rest of us,:jumpjoy:

Sheridan 06-03-2012 03:01 PM

Hello, Pia, nice to meet you! You sure do know how to write a teasing title for a thread! I was thinking the whole time I read your post that I wanted to tell you, "just wait - it will be all right." And there you were, knowing all the time it already was! Love your avatar.

Who cares when it goes as long as it leaves!

brewstate 06-03-2012 05:53 PM

That's never a bad sign :D Can't wait to see what your number do on your DD :jumpjoy:

Almost all my losses have been after UDs. I've kind of come to accept that there will be little to no movement after a DD, but wait till the morning after an UD and see what happens. JUDDD is mysterious... but great! Congrats on the loss!

Jbinme 06-03-2012 06:24 PM

:jumpjoy: don't ya just  JUDDD!!

I'm like Carly--almost all of my losses are after an up day. Congratulations on your loss!

:jumpjoy: Good for you.. woo hoo wtg~

babykinz 06-04-2012 08:05 AM

I had no idea losing after an UD was in the norm. Usually I am up by 2 or 3 pounds after an UD:o

I finally broke thru the 218 mark and today after a DD I am 216 :jumpjoy:

brewstate 06-04-2012 08:11 AM

I'm so excited for you. Its great to see something working for some of us that have been around these boards so long :jumpjoy: I noticed this week a lot of my losses are after up days too and I maintain on my Down Days. Weird, but I'm not complaining :hyst:

Becky 06-04-2012 09:17 AM

Joyjoy 06-04-2012 11:31 AM

WTG Babykinz!!!!!:jumpjoy:

OhioGuy 06-04-2012 11:37 AM

same here!! ive had two days where i thought i was going to die from bloating. this is new to me. expecting to be 20 pounds heavier the next day and was lighter both!!

OhioGuy 06-04-2012 11:38 AM

i wonder if ..
bloating can be caused by gall bladder and losing weight is hard on the gall bladder
??

If anyone were bored enough to read all of my posts, they might think I am a bit "off". :) I have recently said that I'm not going to weigh myself daily or weekly. However, I keep changing my mind about that based upon information I read on JUDDD threads. I "blew it" big time on Monday (an UD). This thread got me curious regarding what would happen when I followed my UUAWD with a good DD and a good UD. After good DD on Tuesday, I had gained 1.4 lb. After good UD on Wednesday, I had LOST 1.2 lb. I'm back on track after two good days of following the rules. I love JUDDD !!!!

PixieKGirl 06-07-2012 04:52 AM

:jumpjoy:WTG!!

(I have never weighed after an UD).
