I'm baaaaaaack...

Hi Peeps!

I'm finally back. It's going to take me a few days to catch up from sleep deprivation and getting back on west coast time.

Scale is up 6 pounds. Honestly in the past when I've spent that much time with my family on the east coast I usually gain 10 pounds! yikes! So, I'll accept it and hope a few good DD rotations will get it right back off.

I got a lot of exercise. We were staying with my niece, her DH and their 10 year old grand daughter. They just got a Wii and every day we either did Wii Just Dance, Just Dance 2 or Zumba and we did each one for over an hour. My nephew also has a weight bench and free weights, so I had one long workout session of pumping iron. Proud of that!

Feels good to be "home" on the JUDD forum and I'm going to enjoy myself by doing a bit of reading and catching up with how you all are doing.

I'm not going to change my stats. Just going to give myself a week to knock off the 6 pounds and go from there.

Just a little bit of reading here and I'm already starting to feel that super-fantastic JUDD encouragement that is going to get me through my first post vacation DD. Was wondering if I could actually do it or if I should put it off 'til tomorrow. But now I'm IN!

Sounds like you had a good trip! I agree I wouldn't bother changing your stats if you are jumping back into JUDDD that quickly I am sure you will be back down to your pre trip weight in no time. Who is it on the site who says when the scale goes up it is water weight and when it goes down it's fat loss. I am not sure if I quoted it exactly right but I love the possitive thoughts. Welcome back.

From your quick update earlier in your trip, it sounds like you had a great time. Hope the rest of your trip was a good one as well. I'm sure that weight will come off as you get back to your JUDDD rotations.

Just what I needed to hear. Right now I feel like (and hope) it's true! I know I ate more than I should have, especially towards the end of the trip. But I know for sure I did not eat enough to gain 6 pounds of fat. The proof will appear by the end of my first week back I suppose. If I stick to rotations and have 4 good DDs it should be gone or mostly gone. If not? I'm fatter and have to work harder and longer. I'll do it with all the great support I have here.

Yam Yam!!!!! I have to tell you, this place just hasn't been the same without you. I amost felt info -starved without our resident info junkie giving us something interesting to "chew" on!!

So glad I popped over here one more time and got to see your post! I just

you! And I missed you all so much! It's hard to believe, but not many of my siblings have Internet access. They just don't get it. So, when I'm there I really go cold turkey; totally out of touch with e-mail, on line shopping and news, and worst of all, going w/o my daily dose of JUDD BUDDs!! Glad I'm back for a while. Will be back tomorrow to chat some more before I drag my buns to the gym.

Whew! Had to come and report that the scale went down 2 pounds already after my good DD yesterday. So far, so good.

That means I have 4 more pounds of vacation weight gain to get rid of. Onward from there!!!
