Loved reading this post.. My only eats what i feed him lol.. And most times if i ask if he wants this or that for dinner his reply is usualy.. "lets have that item when YOU can eat" So i got kind of lucky in this dept i think

That's exactly how I feel now and definitely felt while in losing mode. I knew that I'd never be successful if I made it about anyone else. If I couldn't even stay on plan in my own home without forcing everyone else to conform to my eating style how would I ever learn to be successful when outside the home where I couldn't control the environment even if I wanted to? I ate what I could. The family ate what they wanted (which I continued to cook for them the majority of the time) and it only made me stronger.

I've said this before and got some ugly responses so let me add - this is how I feel and is what worked for ME. I would never tell anyone else how they should handle their path.

Totally Agree!!! I swear I'm a short order cook anyways as I have a picky 17 year old, a semi picky 10 year old, a 15 year old Autistic son who is on a special diet (no milk, peanuts or wheat) who hasn't been eating much lately due to seizures (new temporary medication zaps his appetite)......AND a super picky husband who would live on pizza and burgers, and Ice Cream if I let him!!! Arrrgh!

I really does make me stronger, I am 100% to blame for what I eat or don't eat.
