I'm going on a "Women Gone Wild" day - basically a lot of shooting and using excavating machines in the woods. Breakfast and lunch is provided, but I have no idea what it will be. Hopefully we don't have to eat what we shoot (kidding: there are only only inanimate targets there!) |

Technically it's an UD but since I'm low carbing for 2 weeks I'm not really worried about cals (though I still write in my food diary every scrap of food that crosses these lips)...
So far today: B: 2 eggs, 1T whipped butter, 2T grated parm cheese, 2T sour cream. I miss my oatmeal!!!!! ![]() |

Man, is no one having a DD today? I feel so alone !!!!!
Just a little cream in my coffee this morning, then some grilled chicken and salad for dinner. I had a great time last night at a dessert party. I was able to enjoy a little of several desserts and it makes the DD more bearable.![]() |

I went slightlly over my UD cals yesterday, but since it involved a delicious Pinot Noir, I am not going to obsess over 50 cals, even though with my luck it will show up as a gain at tomorrow's weigh in... ![]() b- coffee with ffhnh and Splenda l- egg sub made into an omelet with cabbage and mushrooms d- tilapia smeared with lite mayo, chives, parsley and dijonnaise and broiled |

B - toast with fruit spread, and watermelon
L - Chef Salad with ranch D - tri tip, roasted baby potatoes, artichoke, corn on the cob, cucumber/tomato/red onion, soaked in red wine vinegrette. Was going to have a cocktail since Im a few hundred under in cals but then I cooked up some bacon for the week and munched on 2 of those, and had a piece of chocolate so i think I better start backing off now, LOL. |

L-2 c salad no dressing (leaf lettuce, peppers, tomato) 2 inch slice of a grilled rib S- 2 deli thin ham slices D- 2c fresh summer squash and a big tomato steamed and 3 oz lean ground beef and 50 gallons of water....or so it seems! I believe this is a little under 500 calories. ![]() MY VERY FIRST DOWN DAY....DONE!!! |

Had a DD here:
B: protein water L: 3oz chicken breast, cucumber and baby carrots, coffee w/sweet n low, 2 tsps ranch D: one regular taco from Del Taco, diet cola, taco sauce Snack: low sodium sunflower seeds (they help me stay alert while driving and I drove a few hours today), 1 more protein water.
