Sitting new goals.Eieio has happy feet this morning.

Yesterday's dd was 552 cal.
Eating as late in the morning/afternoon for first food. That's an old passed around tip of the day!
Of course that will fluctuate everyday for me.
I'm sitting new Personal goals.
Hubby and I are going to see a friend this morning and borrow his wife's compound bow and arrow gear for me to learn how to shoot. I'm excited!
Also
New goal is to put in 50 miles running in 34 days.
Started yesterday 6-1, finish July 4 2012
It will be a stretch! May come up short a few miles, but I'm gona try.
Ok I think I'm done on goal sitting!

Those are interesting goals that ought to fill your days with so much activity you will not have time to think about food!

My new goals are get over the ridiculous cold DH was so kind to give me, then paint the living room and kitchen - next big steps in getting this house ready to sell.

Yes I've missed reading, learning and conversing... I'm back I need all the encouragement I can get.
I have gotten pretty much caught on things after next week around here...not really.
So was time for me to make goals and play more.
I enjoyed my bow and arrow class this morning. It's not easy pulling the string back.
I finally got the it back a few times. My teacher said oh con on my 10 year old granddaughter does it.... I also cried, I'm pretty tough I though. It's ll fun.
I'm learning this do I cn get rid if about 8 ground hog we hav around our place. Guns just aren't for me. I m a pretty good shot, but hate the noise, to stressful for me. Out two safe traps are catching the gh. Supposedly gh are related to pigs. Get this pigs are smart. Learn something new everyday!
My hubby brought a straight bow home to practice. I'd love to get to text him and say, one ground hog down!

Ei

Typo sorry
Our two traps aren't catching the gh. I've put good stuff inside that food area. My favorite fugie apples, lettuce, different veggies.
He has our garden so he doesn't need to go inside the trap to eat... Me Frowning here.grrr

I took archery many many years ago in college and really liked it. In fact I was quuite good but never pursued it as a hobby. If I needed to kill a GH I would use a gun. We have plenty of those. Of course, I have this barn cat that keeps us free of moles but not sure how big a ground hog is.
Good luck with the bow and arrow method.
