B: Guacamole turkey burger, no cheese, with jalapenos, black coffee (419)
S: Banana, large iced tea (116)
L: 1 C FF Greek yogurt, 1 small apple, Garden Lites butternut souffle (356)
D: ??

DH has a meeting with a company he's had 4 interviews with. Fingers crossed he gets the job. If so, there may be a celebratory dinner tonight.

Zipp, I've had your guac/salsa/sour cream dressing over salad twice. Can't find the Wholly Guacamole brand but had an avocado I mashed!

600 today on a DD

Probably
Whey protein shake made with coconut milk - 150
omelet with onion/bell pepper - 200
Supper with family in smidgens

I love that salad. It is so filling! I am currently on a guac kick! Sorry you can't find the wholly packs. They are in all grocery stores here.

Morning! To me it's cheaper to buy avocados and mix my own guac. I keep packets of the guac seasoning and lately avocados have been 1.00 at Kroger! I am a guac-a-holic! Whole Foods makes a good guac but to me it's got a lot of seasoning it or it's too spicy or something.

UD here for me

B - croissant w/ ham/egg/cheese 490c
L - 1/2 lc flatout wrap veggie pizza & side salad w/ light italian 500c
D - going out for mexican - 1/2 order chicken fajitas, 1 - 12oz margarita 600c
S - tigers tail donut 219c DH brought me the donut b/c it's National Donut Day! Not that I needed it It doesn't help that there's a donut shop at the end of my street. However, I very rarely frequent it b/c I don't have time to stop on my way to work and when I'm not working I'm sleeping late!


Leaves me w/ 158 calories...

I'm so hungry today! Probably has something to do with last night's schedule of an hour of dog obedience class with a 100-lb totally untrained great dane followed by a Jillian Michaels Body Revolution workout, lol. Have a great weekend everyone!!

Am suppose to have an UD today but I have a red hatters luncheon tomorrowso and I want to enjoy it without counting calories and not 2 UD in a row so will do another
DD today. BTW the only place that sells wholly guacamole here is Walmarts look in their fresh produce dont ask me why. Weigh in tomorrow and I am down 2 pounds!!

Drinking LOTS of water, as I've had far too much salt and carbs! Weigh almost 5lbs more then I did just a week ago

lunch hot dogs been craving them!!! 517 calories

supper baked chicken-supposed to taste like KFC and be low calorie but I do not trust that to a down day, veggies and quinoa salad about 600 calories

will have some 321 choclolate cake for my dessert tonight 100 calories
that will bring me to around 1500 will add something else probably nuts to bring me up a bit!!

OH I completely agree. Batches of guac are dangerous with me, that is why I get the packaged one at 100 c. I can't over do when that is all there is!

There are a gazillion recipes out there but I'll tell you what *I* do.

Melt 9 T coconut oil and 6 T cocoa powder with 30 drops of vanilla creme stevia and 40 drops of English toffee stevia. Once melted (only takes a minute or two), I put in 3 T of unsweetened shredded coconut. Pour into a mini muffin tin and put into freezer. My tin holds twelve muffins so the calorie count is approx 109 calories per serving. You can, obviously, make them smaller.

Thanks for the well-wishes everyone. He got a contingent offer, pending background investigation, physical, and drug screen, so we're not 100% but looks like it should happen.

Celebratory dinner at Texas Roadhouse: sirloin steak, baked sweet potato, green beans with bacon and onion, one of their heavenly rolls, and iced tea! Yum.
