Start Date: Aug 2011/I've been maintaining since April 2012
Made my May goal of maintaining at 125. Going to try to make my bounce range 122-125, so need to drop 2-3 pounds.


6/1 125 UD (1589 cal, 158g carbs)
6/2 125 DD (828 cal, 82g carbs) even with the cast party, was able to hit maint. cals for a dd.
6/3 125 UD (1545 cal, 79g carbs)
6/4 125 High DD (973 cal, 61g carbs)
6/5 125 Not counting
6/6 128.0 I got a new scale, it weighs 2 pounds heavier than the old (I'm weighing on both for a bit), so compares to 126. Muscles a little sore from my new ballet workout.
6/7 125 Took back the new scale, back to the old one.
6/8 125
6/9 125

6/1 - 198 - UD - yesterday's MD went slightly wrong! So I'm starting the rotation again today to take into account the coming weekend's events. This will probably result in a gain but I'll take that on the chin and keep trying!
6/2 - 196 - DD - definitely was not expecting a loss after the last couple of days, especially as I had alcohol for the first time in a month yesterday - but I'll take it, thanks!
6/3 - 198 - UD - Hmmm, things not going well, I've really messed up over this holiday weekend! FOCUS, SMITH!

6/6 - 197.8 - UD - massive bounce but fully expecting that to go up again tomorrow.

Last May Weigh Day:
UD 05/19/12 152 lbs.

I went on vacation for 10 days. Did not follow JUDDD. I gained 5 lbs. Could have done MUCH worse.

6/5 / UD = 157.0 lbs.
6/6 / DD = 156.0 lbs. (minus 1 lb. after an UD)
6/7 / UD = 153.0 lbs. (almost back to where I was before vacation)
6/8 / DD = 153.5 lbs. (not bad after an UD)
6/9 / UD = 152.5 lbs.

Thank you but I was down to 116lbs when we went on our cruise in April and I had a hard time getting back to JUDDD and put on about 20 pounds. So I know alot of it was water. But Im back on track and feeling great to see them numbers coming back down. I added you to *** and I look forward to hearing from.

Didn't make my goal for May. Ended at 2.6ish pounds down for the whole month....more than a little disappointing.

06/01: DNW - UD - Still a tad miffed at May so I didn't weigh this morning
06/02: 238.0 - DD
06/03: 238.8 - UD - I am making myself remember that I am down 12lbs total even though nothing's happened lately
06/04: 237.6 - DD - trying to drink lots of fluids as I seem to be retaining like crazy. Must lay off the salt
06/05: 237.2 - UD - woke up not hungry so kind of doing a DD until lunch or dinner today
06/06: 235.0 - DD - finally met May's goal! also came in about 500 calories under my UD yesterday...oops
06/07: 233.0 - UD - EXTENDED WHOOSH!!!!

My goal for June is to be somewhere (anywhere) in the 180's by the end of the month.


6/1 - UD - 195.2
6/2 - DD - 193.2 - I ate my fill of watermelon on my UD yesterday and peed my head off as an expected result. I'm real good about drinking water so I have to wonder if the watermelon didn't give me an extra push. Dunno but not going to overthink it.
6/3 - UD - 191.6
6/4 - DD - 193.8 - Yes, I was craving and eating lots of salty stuff yesterday.
6/5 - UD - 193.0
6/6 - DD - 193.4
6/7 - UD - 191.4
6/8 - DD - 192.0

June Goal: I would love to be at 200 for a friends wedding in August. I would have to loose 1.8lbs a week for this to happen. Feels like a lot of pressure. Let's see how it goes.

3-220.4 huh little bout of nasty tummy. Sort of happy, expecting a big bounce up.
5-221.6
7-220.4 !Yay! Week one over target: 2.2 down. : )

Week 2
9-223.8 borrowing +3lbs from UUD on my DD yesterday. Pizza and beer. Sheesh. Another UD today to tomorrow is a DD without fail. : )

Didn't make my goal for May. Ended at 2.6ish pounds down for the whole month....more than a little disappointing.

06/01: DNW - UD - Still a tad miffed at May so I didn't weigh this morning
06/02: 238.0 - DD
06/03: 238.8 - UD - I am making myself remember that I am down 12lbs total even though nothing's happened lately
06/04: 237.6 - DD - trying to drink lots of fluids as I seem to be retaining like crazy. Must lay off the salt
06/05: 237.2 - UD - woke up not hungry so kind of doing a DD until lunch or dinner today
06/06: 235.0 - DD - finally met May's goal! also came in about 500 calories under my UD yesterday...oops
06/07: 233.0 - UD - EXTENDED WHOOSH!!!!
06/08: 234.8 - DD - ugh...pizza apparently hates me
06/09: 235.0 - UD - sigh...guess it was too good to be true
06/10: 233.8 - DD - goodbye water weight! Hoping to make goal before hormones mess things up again
