Didn't make my goal for May. Ended at 2.6ish pounds down for the whole month....more than a little disappointing.

06/01: DNW - UD - Still a tad miffed at May so I didn't weigh this morning

06/03: 238.8 - UD - I am making myself remember that I am down 12lbs total even though nothing's happened lately
06/04: 237.6 - DD - trying to drink lots of fluids as I seem to be retaining like crazy. Must lay off the salt
06/05: 237.2 - UD - woke up not hungry so kind of doing a DD until lunch or dinner today
06/06: 235.0 - DD - finally met May's goal! also came in about 500 calories under my UD yesterday...oops

Made my May goal of maintaining at 125. Going to try to make my bounce range 122-125, so need to drop 2-3 pounds.


6/1 125 UD (1589 cal, 158g carbs)
6/2 125 DD (828 cal, 82g carbs) even with the cast party, was able to hit maint. cals for a dd.
6/3 125 UD (1545 cal, 79g carbs)
6/4 125 High DD (973 cal, 61g carbs)
6/5 125 Not counting
6/6 128.0 I got a new scale, it weighs 2 pounds heavier than the old (I'm weighing on both for a bit), so compares to 126. Muscles a little sore from my new ballet workout.
6/7 125 Took back the new scale, back to the old one.

UD 05/19/12 152 lbs.

I went on vacation for 10 days. Did not follow JUDDD. I gained 5 lbs. Could have done MUCH worse.

6/5 / UD = 157.0 lbs.
6/6 / DD = 156.0 lbs. (minus 1 lb. after an UD)
6/7 / UD = 153.0 lbs. (almost back to where I was before vacation)
6/8 / DD = 153.5 lbs. (not bad after an UD)

My goal for June is to be somewhere (anywhere) in the 180's by the end of the month.

6/2 - DD - 193.2 - I ate my fill of watermelon on my UD yesterday and peed my head off as an expected result. I'm real good about drinking water so I have to wonder if the watermelon didn't give me an extra push. Dunno but not going to overthink it.

I fell off the wagon in the middle of May, no excuse just life and work got in my way, eating on the run and not making good choices! So now I have pulled my self up by the bootstraps as they say and have one down day under my belt!

June goal for me is 5 pounds down, to duck into the "low 150s".

mykid'steacher posted recently about keeping an UD immediately preceding every DD so the DD is fully fueled. So I'm going to place my MD on Saturday and see how that works, keeping MWFs as DDs. (I'm well past the first 2 wks of JUDDD) DDs 600, UDs 1,900, MDs 1,200.

01 - 159.5...DD today
02 - 159......UD today
03 - 159.5...MD today of 1,200 cals
04 - 159......DD today
05 - 158......UD today
06 - 159.5...DD today

I am thinking it just might be the yogurt. I have not had any yogurt in over a month. I bought a quart of Dannon plain and I have had yogurt and fruit for lunch twice this week. I am going to drop the yogurt and see what happens. I drank a gallon of water today. NEVER have I had that much in one day but I seemed to be thirsty all day.

Alcestis, happy for you!

adi, I have given up yogurts or kefir (maybe not forever) because of some tummy discomfort. For a long time I couldn't believe it, because I have always associated them with good health for the digestive tract. But after some experimentation, I proved to myself it was the soured milk products that were bothering me. I am taking a capsule probiotic in the a.m. now, and finding it easier to lose weight I think, and having fewer moments of frowning at my stomach.

Whitlin - I am about to agree with you on the yogurt after this week's results. Going to eliminate those products for a few weeks to see what happens. I too thought plain yogurt was so healthy but maybe I have developed some kind of sensitivity to them.
