Didn't make my goal for May. Ended at 2.6ish pounds down for the whole month....more than a little disappointing.

06/01: DNW - UD - Still a tad miffed at May so I didn't weigh this morning
06/02: 238.0 - DD
06/03: 238.8 - UD - I am making myself remember that I am down 12lbs total even though nothing's happened lately
06/04: 237.6 - DD - trying to drink lots of fluids as I seem to be retaining like crazy. Must lay off the salt
06/05: 237.2 - UD - woke up not hungry so kind of doing a DD until lunch or dinner today

Ok, well I've really screwed this up over the last few days, but I guess I'm only human. So I've drawn a line, and am starting again today on a DD.

Ended May at 196.

6/1 - 198 - UD - yesterday's MD went slightly wrong! So I'm starting the rotation again today to take into account the coming weekend's events. This will probably result in a gain but I'll take that on the chin and keep trying!
6/2 - 196 - DD - definitely was not expecting a loss after the last couple of days, especially as I had alcohol for the first time in a month yesterday - but I'll take it, thanks!
6/3 - 198 - UD - Hmmm, things not going well, I've really messed up over this holiday weekend! FOCUS, SMITH!
6/4 - 201
6/5 - 202 - DD

June goal for me is 5 pounds down, to duck into the "low 150s".

Doing MWF DD, TThSat UD, Sun MD, (600, 1,900, 1,200) since I'm well past the first 2 weeks of JUDDD.

01 - 159.5...DD today
02 - 159......UD today
03 - 159.5...MD today of 1,200 cals
04 - 159......DD today
05 - 158......UD today

Yay! I knew yesterday morning I might have a perfect set-up, with MD wiping out the DD half-pound gain, and sure enough, a 600 DD with little sodium was the charm for another pound.

Next week may hold great surprises, mirtilla.

Made my May goal of maintaining at 125. Going to try to make my bounce range 122-125, so need to drop 2-3 pounds.

My goal for June is to be somewhere (anywhere) in the 180's by the end of the month.

6/2 - DD - 193.2 - I ate my fill of watermelon on my UD yesterday and peed my head off as an expected result. I'm real good about drinking water so I have to wonder if the watermelon didn't give me an extra push. Dunno but not going to overthink it.

UD 05/19/12 152 lbs.

I went on vacation for 10 days (got back last night). Got courageous and stepped on the scale this morning. Did not follow JUDDD. I gained 5 lbs. Could have done MUCH worse - so I'm psyched to get back!

Today is an UD = 157 lbs.

I'm guessing eating some carbs again ate up the extra weight loss from end of TOM but the great news is I'm fitting into 14 and even a pair of 12's this morning. I love you JUDD!!
