May loss: 4 pounds June goal: One-derland!! 195 hopefully! Ended May at 204 6.1 DD - 208 700 cals (trying to shake things up) 6.2 UD - DNW - 1820 cals, 5 mile walk 6.3 DD - DNW - 370 cals , 5 mile walk 6.4 UD- 205 a 1900 cals planned Not quite down to where I ended May but moving in the right direction. Still don't know what caused the jump which is annoying for many reasons but most of all because I lack the information to prevent it from happening over and over again. |

Damazon, my tummy problem (food poisoning?) handed me a bounce! Glad yours went the other way.
Tami, congratulations on your son's graduation. June goal for me is 5 pounds down, to duck into the "low 150s". Doing MWF DD, TThSat UD, Sun MD, (600, 1,900, 1,200) since I'm well past the first 2 weeks of JUDDD. 01 - 159.5...DD today 02 - 159......UD today 03 - 159.5...MD today of 1,200 cals 04 - 159......DD today So MD equaled a loss of the half-pound the UD put on. Perfect set up for today's 600 DD to give me another little loss! We'll see.

Goal for June: 230 Didn't make my goal for May. Ended at 2.6ish pounds down for the whole month....more than a little disappointing. 06/01: DNW - UD - Still a tad miffed at May so I didn't weigh this morning 06/02: 238.0 - DD 06/03: 238.8 - UD - I am making myself remember that I am down 12lbs total even though nothing's happened lately 06/04: 237.6 - DD - trying to drink lots of fluids as I seem to be retaining like crazy. Must lay off the salt ![]() |

My goal for June is to be somewhere (anywhere) in the 180's by the end of the month.
6/1 - UD - 195.2 6/2 - DD - 193.2 - I ate my fill of watermelon on my UD yesterday and peed my head off as an expected result. I'm real good about drinking water so I have to wonder if the watermelon didn't give me an extra push. Dunno but not going to overthink it. 6/3 - UD - 191.6 6/4 - DD - 193.8 - Yes, I was craving and eating lots of salty stuff yesterday. |

Made my May goal of maintaining at 125. Going to try to make my bounce range 122-125, so need to drop 2-3 pounds.
