I lost 7 lbs in May (my first month on JUDD). My goal for June is to add in exercise at least 3 days per week and to drink all my water EVERY day, not just on DD's when I'm hungry. I also hope to be 160 or less at the end of the month. I am starting at 165.8.

June goal for me is 5 pounds down, to duck into the "low 150s".

I'll probably stick with the MWF DD, TThSat UD, Sun MD I like. (I'm well past the first 2 weeks of JUDDD.)

Mrs. Smith, I'm glad your MD didn't cause any particular trouble. Mine seldom do, but it is important to stick to the calories.

vanilla latte, nice recover from a bounce. So I see your MD certainly didn't cause any trouble, either.

I stress ate some leftovers yesterday, feeling like I was being pulled in 100 directions. It was more or less my entire DD caloric intake so I was upset about that but stopped myself there and just had water and tea for the rest of the evening. Really made me realize how much care I put into DD food and how much I enjoy it!

My goal for June is to be somewhere (anywhere) in the 180's by the end of the month.


6/1 - UD - 195.2
6/2 - DD - 193.2 - I ate my fill of watermelon on my UD yesterday and peed my head off as an expected result. I'm real good about drinking water so I have to wonder if the watermelon didn't give me an extra push. Dunno but not going to overthink it.
6/3 - UD - 191.6 -Kind of surprised because I got slightly overheated and a little sunburned while working outside in the yard yesterday and that usually causes me to retain water even though I drink (and pee) plenty.

6/1 - 198 - UD - yesterday's MD went slightly wrong! So I'm starting the rotation again today to take into account the coming weekend's events. This will probably result in a gain but I'll take that on the chin and keep trying!
6/2 - 196 - DD - definitely was not expecting a loss after the last couple of days, especially as I had alcohol for the first time in a month yesterday - but I'll take it, thanks!
6/3 - 198 - UD - Hmmm, things not going well, I've really messed up over this holiday weekend! FOCUS, SMITH!

Goal for June is a loss of 6.5 lbs, to 243 or 17 st 5lb. I was amazed that the loss yesterday has stuck and not rebounded. I had a good DD today for a weekend day - something I struggle with!

Made my May goal of maintaining at 125. Going to try to make my bounce range 122-125, so need to drop 2-3 pounds.
