I'm back for June weigh=ins. I finished May weighing the same on May 31 as on May 1...208.8.
So going to set goal for June at 200, but really just try to lose ANYTHING!

06/01/12 210.8 DD goint in wrong direction....but that's what I do after an UD.

June Goal: I would love to be at 200 for a friends wedding in August. I would have to loose 1.8lbs a week for this to happen. Feels like a lot of pressure. Let's see how it goes.

Can't believe the scale today - having moved very little in the last 2 weeks, I lost 2.5 today after a DD! It will probably be back but it is a new low!

vanilla latte, it's the exercise, yes - our muscles retain water afterward. But don't stop exercising! The weight loss eventually shows anyway and the exercise makes us firmer and trimmer!

Thanks, Whitlin' I'm a regular exerciser, so yep I know about the water retention. One of the necessary evils of exercise.

Shirlc I went up and down in May-I was at the above weight I think in the middle of the month but went up and up...thus it is not forgiving to me, but when I stick true to it and have no "Oooops" Days, as DH calls them, I do ok most of the time. Still some unexplained gains, but everyone seems to have those.

I am just happy for the general down trend.

My goal for June is to be somewhere (anywhere) in the 180's by the end of the month.

6/2 - DD - 193.2 - I ate my fill of watermelon on my UD yesterday and peed my head off as an expected result. I'm real good about drinking water so I have to wonder if the watermelon didn't give me an extra push. Dunno but not going to overthink it.

6/1 - 198 - UD - yesterday's MD went slightly wrong! So I'm starting the rotation again today to take into account the coming weekend's events. This will probably result in a gain but I'll take that on the chin and keep trying!
6/2 - 196 - DD - definitely was not expecting a loss after the last couple of days, especially as I had alcohol for the first time in a month yesterday - but I'll take it, thanks!

I don't have a goal as I've only just begun and have no idea what to expect.

I started with a dd 5 days ago, "gained" 2 lbs on the first UD, stayed that weight until this morning, so I'm now back at my start weight of 184.8.
