Start Date: Aug 2011/I've been maintaining since April 2012
Made my May goal of maintaining at 125. Going to try to make my bounce range 122-125, so need to drop 2-3 pounds.


6/1 125 UD (1589 cal, 158g carbs)
6/2 125 DD (828 cal, 82g carbs) even with the cast party, was able to hit maint. cals for a dd.
6/3 125 UD (1545 cal, 79g carbs)
6/4 125 High DD (973 cal, 61g carbs)
6/5 125 Not counting
6/6 128.0 I got a new scale, it weighs 2 pounds heavier than the old (I'm weighing on both for a bit), so compares to 126. Muscles a little sore from my new ballet workout.
6/7 125 Took back the new scale, back to the old one.
6/8 125
6/9 125
6/10 126
6/11 126 (TOM due any day--I've been a starving beast--but still managing cals well, just too much salty stuff).
6/12 125 DD (back into rotations) 546 cal, 41g carbs
6/13 125 UD (1560 cal, 97g carb)

My goal is 136 and maintenance. I'll post the days I'm near a scale. And I'll run like hellfire from this thread if daring to mention this goal drives me headlong into chocolates, Doritoes, and macaroni and cheese. (It's been known to happen.)

June 5 - 137.7 holy moly
June 7 - 138.8
June 13 - 137.9 Suspect that'd be about 112 if I could solve my constipation.
June 14 - 136.3 OMG! Solved the constipation and had my hair cut. Still can't believe my eyes.

A new low today finally - I think upping my water helped! I am within a pound & a half of my goal for June (even if it is a after DD weight and won't last!)
Goal for June is a loss of 6.5 lbs, to 243 or 17 st 5lb.

06/01 - 249.5 - DD
06/02 - 247 !! UD
06/03 - 248 DD
06/04 - 248 UD - no loss after a reasonable DD - I can't expect it every time!
06/05 - 250 (!)
06/06 - 247.8
06/07 - 248.8
06/08 - 246 (!!) DD really pleased with a new low!
06/09 - 247 MD
06/10 - 248 UD
06/11 - 248.5 DD
06/12 - 247.5 UD Progress has stalled at the moment

Knock that off, right now! You are NOT dreaming. You DID see that number and WILL see that number again and again. That number is a direct result of YOUR diligence and work. YOU did that!! OWN it!

When we're at our heaviest and finally work up enough courage to step on the scale do any of us ever say, "I'm dreaming"? NO, a big fat NO we don't! What we say is something along the lines of, "I can't believe *I* let myself get so fat! How did *I* let that happen?!?" You know I'm right.

In other words, we OWN our shortcomings and failures but are so often reluctant to fully take credit for our success. That's something I think every woman I know has (or has had) trouble with. I'm trying to do better about doing that myself and hope to encourage all of us to think about how we 'talk' to ourselves. It's important how we 'talk' to ourselves!

Didn't make my goal for May. Ended at 2.6ish pounds down for the whole month....more than a little disappointing.

Last May Weigh Day:
UD 05/19/12 152 lbs.

I went on vacation for 10 days. Did not follow JUDDD. I gained 5 lbs. Could have done MUCH worse.

6/5 / UD = 157.0 lbs.
6/6 / DD = 156.0 lbs. (minus 1 lb. after an UD)
6/7 / UD = 153.0 lbs. (almost back to where I was before vacation)
6/8 / DD = 153.5 lbs. (not bad after an UD)
6/9 / UD = 152.5 lbs.
6/10 / DD = 154.5 lbs. (up 1 from the last DD, but went out with friends last night and ate 200 cal more than I should have)
6/11 / UD = 152.5 lbs.
6/12 / DD = 152.5 lbs.
6/13 / UD = 152.5
6/14 / DD = 152.5 (and holding )
6/15 / UD = 151.0 - A new low - and the first real pound lost since March (I had been doing Atkins up until I began JUDDDING on May 8. I think my body was taking it's vacation from weight loss as I was losing and gaining the same two pounds. So happy!)
