6/1 - 198 - UD - yesterday's MD went slightly wrong! So I'm starting the rotation again today to take into account the coming weekend's events. This will probably result in a gain but I'll take that on the chin and keep trying!
6/2 - 196 - DD - definitely was not expecting a loss after the last couple of days, especially as I had alcohol for the first time in a month yesterday - but I'll take it, thanks!
6/3 - 198 - UD - Hmmm, things not going well, I've really messed up over this holiday weekend! FOCUS, SMITH!
6/4 - 201
6/5 - 202 - DD
6/6 - 197.8 - UD - massive bounce but fully expecting that to go up again tomorrow.
6/7 - 198 - DD - meeting with friends tonight in the pub, but driving so will be sticking to soft drinks and no chips, will be tricky but I can do it!
6/8 - 196.2 - UD - stuck to my guns in the pub yesterday, and didn't succumb to chips and beer!
6/9 - 196.8 - DD - really, really want to be 195.something tomorrow!
6/10 - 195.4 - UD - well I've spied 195! But I know that will go up tomorrow after an UD today. But it's generally going in the right direction!
6/11 - 196.8 - DD
6/12 - 196.8 - UD - would like a little drop please before Thursday, I'm going to the MotoGP for a few days so would give me a real boost before I go.

Didn't make my goal for May. Ended at 2.6ish pounds down for the whole month....more than a little disappointing.

My goal for June is to be somewhere (anywhere) in the 180's by the end of the month.

6/2 - DD - 193.2 - I ate my fill of watermelon on my UD yesterday and peed my head off as an expected result. I'm real good about drinking water so I have to wonder if the watermelon didn't give me an extra push. Dunno but not going to overthink it.

I thought for sure I'd see a bounce up...yesterday I didn't count calories and my "eating window" was about 12 hours long.
I woke up very sore from trying to get back to normal life on Monday, so I decided to eat lots of protein/low carb all day.
Plus I had some beef stew that has been around for quite a while and it told me I should eat it all, stat!!!

Today is a DD...am hopeful tomorrow there will be another new low to share!


I measure my losses/gains by weekly averages.
April: -2.9lb
May: -3.5lb
Since Oct '11: -17.4lb

UD 05/19/12 152 lbs.

I went on vacation for 10 days. Did not follow JUDDD. I gained 5 lbs. Could have done MUCH worse.

6/5 / UD = 157.0 lbs.
6/6 / DD = 156.0 lbs. (minus 1 lb. after an UD)
6/7 / UD = 153.0 lbs. (almost back to where I was before vacation)
6/8 / DD = 153.5 lbs. (not bad after an UD)
6/9 / UD = 152.5 lbs.
6/10 / DD = 154.5 lbs. (up 1 from the last DD, but went out with friends last night and ate 200 cal more than I should have)

I think Melisa needs to adjust that June goal, since she's blown past it already. WTG!

Made my May goal of maintaining at 125. Going to try to make my bounce range 122-125, so need to drop 2-3 pounds.


6/1 125 UD (1589 cal, 158g carbs)
6/2 125 DD (828 cal, 82g carbs) even with the cast party, was able to hit maint. cals for a dd.
6/3 125 UD (1545 cal, 79g carbs)

6/6 128.0 I got a new scale, it weighs 2 pounds heavier than the old (I'm weighing on both for a bit), so compares to 126. Muscles a little sore from my new ballet workout.

Sometimes I gain a 2-4lbs several days before TOM and then pretty soon after it starts, drop it all...plus a little; the weight I've really lost from the diet that week.

Sometimes it helps to compare your lows & highs.
It looks like 204 has been your "high" weight for the last 9 days.
I just found your last post in the May daily weigh-in thread and your weights were mostly 209-208-207...
204 was a new low that happened to be on the last day of May.
If May had ended on the 30th, when you weighed 206, you probably wouldn't feel so stuck, right?
Now your norm is 204-203...you have definitely lost some weight! Plus you are walking a lot...

Sometimes I see a high weight I haven't seen for a couple weeks & it upsets me,
until I remember that a couple weeks ago, I was ecstatic to see that number because it was a new low!
Try averaging your weight for the week. That keeps me sane!
Last week I thought I had gained at least 3lb since the accident, but it turned out I had LOST .3! Then yesterday I saw a new low!!!
And, you never know when some crazy 2 or 5lb drop is around the corner--
hang in there!!!

June Goal: I would love to be at 200 for a friends wedding in August. I would have to loose 1.8lbs a week for this to happen. Feels like a lot of pressure. Let's see how it goes.

Week One
1-222.6
3-220.4 huh little bout of nasty tummy. Sort of happy, expecting a big bounce up.
5-221.6
7-220.4 !Yay! Week one over target: 2.2 down. : )

Week 2
9-223.8 borrowing +3lbs from UUD on my DD yesterday. Pizza and beer. Sheesh.
11-221
13-221.2 striving for 219 by weeks end, I know I can do it!!!! Stay on plan girl!!!
