After having a bit much on my UD yesterday...going to try to be a very good DD'r

coffee with almond milk and sf vanilla davinci
B=yogurt shake and apple (150)... or grits (120)... or oatmeal (140)
L=yogurt shake and apple (150) (if I didn't have it earlier) or nothing
D=chicken veggie stir fry....this one is for sure (200)

D=Subway black forest ham salad w/2tbs Newman's LF sesame ginger dressing

My plan is to drink water ALL day long and eat chicken if I get hungry. The scale has gone up 3.2 pounds in the past 5 days and is still going UP!! Feeling discouraged.

Lunch was a Garden Lites zucchini souffle and 1 C FF greek yogurt with 1 C strawberries and Splenda. I brought an apple and chocolate PB2, but was too stuffed to eat them.

I saw the Garden Lites souffles in a magazine! How is it?? Do you see many varieties at your stores? I've not looked for it yet.


Well for me DH is here but we have leftovers from holiday cooking...I forgot! So I'm having a fresh ear of corn on the cob & 1/2 a baked potato w/ little butter & lite sour cream...wil have about 200 calories left maybe a vanilla cone tonight or skip it.

They're "okay" but not wonderful. I've tried the butternut squash, the zucchini, and the roasted vegetable versions. I got them at Whole Foods and I'm pretty sure they didn't have the whole line.
