Hello, Phoebe DD for me 550 brunch - omelet w veggies 200 lunch - salad as close to 100 as I can get it maybe a half-version of Zipp's guac/salsa/sour cream dressing (Zipp, I can't find Wholly Guacomole brand yet) supper - second half of yesterday's 6-inch Subway Tuna 250 |

DD--trying for 500 cals rather than 700. Want to lower my bounce range about 2 pounds.
b--black decaf coffee only sn--1/2 scoop sun warrior protein powder in water l--salad--lettuce, broc, caul, tomato, salsa for dressing, 4 slices deli ham s--sausage and pepper stir fry This gets me to 417, allowing room for a snack if I need it. |
