I think I need a really good UD. The last 3 days have been weird and I'm wondering if I'm overestimating calories. So with today's bbq I'm making it a Fast 5 'free day'. LOL
lunch will be breakfast: eggs with either sausage or bacon & toast, maybe a few sweet potato hash browns dinner: bbq |

Check out the comics pages if you happen to see a newspaper - wonderful Memorial Day funnies and little honor-ings. Blondie is great.
UD and I'm drifting aimlessly - should have made specific food plans. Was up .5 after last UD, down 1 this morning after DD. Have started out with 2 big strawberries while I think. |

DD for me after two consecutive UDs. Oops.
Didn't eat till 4pm when I had a small container of plain, ff Greek yogurt which I improved with a couple of sliced strawberries and some liquid Splenda (105 cals). Just snacked on a cup of chopped cucumber with 6 grape tomatoes dressed in ACV, oregano and garlic salt. I figure another 50 cals for that. I will probably have another 100 cals later tonight. Hopefully some protein. |

Sure! Usually I just mix something up with whats around but today I made the glowing green smoothie from Kimberly Snyders book "the beauty detox solution" you also find the recipe on her website.Kimberly Snyder - Celebrity Nutritionist and Beauty Detox Specialist make sure to sign up for her newsletter
Glowing green smoothie 1 1/2 cups water 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped 1/2 head of large bunch spinach 3-4 stalks celery, I did 1 1/2 1 apple 1 pear 1 banana Juice of 1/2 lemon Optional: 1/3 bunch cilantro 1/3 bunch parsley Best to go for all organic. Blend it up with high power blender. I had only half of it, will have the other half for my DD tomorrow, altough I try to not eat fruits on my DD's, in case they make me hungry. But since this has lots of greens it, I'll try it and see. ![]() |
