It's just after 9:30 pm here.. and I'll be heading to bed by about 10:00 this evening.. early for me, but I shampooed carpeting today, and I'm worn out.

Be sure to post tomorrow and let us know how you did for the whole first day. Sounds like you're doing just fine so far! Good luck!

Its now 4pm and I've had an apple, laughing cow cheese and a small tub of no fat yoghurt.

Dinner will be chicken broth with a can of chicken in it. Im looking forward to it actually. Im starting to think about food too now. I went out with a friend with our kids to a shopping mall and sat in a food court with McDonalds and all sorts of bad tempting food .

But i took my apple and yoghurt and i survived.

I am interested to see how this treats you -- our stats and goals are similar, and I will be transitioning to JUDDD after I finish my current hcg round.

I'd love to hit 100 lbs, but I don't know if my body will go there -- past attempts have bottomed out at 105, and I've had trouble maintaining that weight -- though I'd love to get lower and stay there.

I'm only 5 feet tall, and very small boned... but I am also very muscular for someone of my size...

I wish you much success!!!

Hi there
Yes i can see from your picture you are muscular. Maybe 100 is too low 105 sounds ok for 5 foot but maintaining it is a different story, thats true.
Im not sure about you but I've done training about 2.5 yrs ago to compete in a figure competition. I appreciate how hard it is to 1) gain muscle and get cut and 2) keep it. When i was close to competition, i weighed 48kg but was much leaner and slimmer than i am normally at 45kg.

Gotta feed the muscle. You look amazing though, im jealous. lol

I rely on the devil Diet Coke in those circumstances...

Sounds to me as if you are off to a great start. We have a daily 'It's ....day What Did You Eat Today?' thread which is fun, as you see how other people manage their DDs.

Hooray for you!!
I have started 3 weeks ago. Most DD's were really easy, some a bit harder. If I keep myself busy, I don't think about food, and if I have some tea or brooth, that helps. You will soon find out what's best for you. You don't have to loose a lot, and you will manage just fine!

I really like your ava pic!

How are you doing so far with losing?
I agree, if one keeps busy, its easier not to think about food. Thanks for the comment re ava pic.

Haven't weight myself yet!!! Haha I didn't dear too, I'm not good with seeing bounces. I first planed to weigh in after two weeks but then Tom came up. I might weigh tomorrow, not sure yet.
From how my pants feel and how my belly looks, I don't think that I have lost something... I'm already happy if I just stayed the same.
