Oats, cereal, Weetbix on UD ?

Just curious as to what everyone eats for breakfast on the UD?

I alternate between a protein smoothie, or cereal like oat brits, weetbix or oatmeal.

P.s how do i put a signature on

I just had two warm biscuits from the oven with butter and honey. Sometimes I have grits with butter.

Whatever I feel like. Sometimes that's a turkey burger, sometimes it's a bagel or smoothie or, or, or . . . always changing.

These are various of my choices, and I eat whatever I'm in the mood for on any given UD, although I often don't eat breakfast at all as I'm usually not very hungry in the early part of the morning.

* pastry / sweet rolls / rarely donuts
* bowl of oatmeal with raisins, walnuts, & dates
* bowl of cold cereal (usually corn flakes) with whole milk
* eggs, scrambled, with various added ingredients of veggies, chopped ham, cheese, etc.
* eggs, fried over easy, with bacon or sausages
* French toast with syrup (or rarely pancakes or waffles, also with syrup)
* yogurt with a couple pieces of fruit
* just pieces of buttered toast, usually with jam, and maybe melty peanut butter

I sometimes add fruit to my breakfast choice too, or maybe a glass of cold orange juice.

I always have plain hot tea, usually Earl Grey, or else coffee with an ounce of half & half creamer.

I rarely eat breakfast until mid-morning or a bit later. And often enough I skip it entirely.

I'm not really a sweet eater, more a salty savoury person.

I love fruit, and this will be a problem for me on dd, because i generally pick at it all day. Really makes a difference when one is eating 300 or 500 calories. !!

Yummy, i love smoothies. So filling too. I use frozen banana, frozen strawberry, LF greek yoghurt, vanilla protein powder, a little raw oats and lite soy milk.

How are you doing in maintaining?

If you like fruit on DDs, maybe those would be good days to help yourself to huge bowls full of cubed up cantaloupe melon, with a few strawberries and blueberries on the side too! I like that with a scramble of egg whites for protein.

An apple at lunch is nice with a little tuna, or maybe some sliced chicken breast or turkey.

I love fruit too!

My daughter and I have smoothies almost every day.

Maintaining's going well, though I had an unexpected drop this week. You won't hear me complaining!

I like mine with 1/2 cup of low fat cold milk, and some splenda. No exciting recipes though, sorry.

Wow! 200 calories a slice vs. 700 for something more traditionally made. Looks very, very delicious!!
