Hello, tobelowcarber! Egg salad is so delish plus healthy! Thank you for starting a Sat. thread.
Hi, Kristen - yes, always a little more chocolate. Yesterday DD, I ate EXACTLY as I said I would in the "It is Friday, what are you eating?" thread! ![]() Today for UD I want to really count carefully and stop at 1,900 calories, to be well-fueled for tomorrow RESPECT to the work I did yesterday and hang on to it!!! So far, grits 100 and livermush 80 180 so far, but I'm astonished at the sodium already at 600! Will have to be thoughtful about sodium today. Do people ever come back in to day threads and keep listing/calculating by editing their post through the day? Last edited by Whitlin'; 05-26-2012 at 09:13 AM.. |

Just had 3 soft-boiled eggs, and still planning to have the same I originally listed for dinner so I don't go to bed hungry. The total for the day will now be 625 calories. |

I'm back to say I'm not so sure restaurant meals are ever safe... ... read on... ...
Breakfast was high in sodium, even though calories were just 180 (gotta watch that - there are other breakfasts to enjoy!) Lunch, left-over spaghetti the family had enjoyed last night 300 Now here's my problem - family wanted to eat out at Showmar's (a chain), which was fine with me. It's a UD and Showmar's has an online nutrition chart. But when I got home and went to the computer to find out the info on what I'd eaten, their nutrition site is messed up and only showing their breakfast choices. I would never knowingly eat anything today on which I couldn't determine calories! My best guess from looking at other similar meals on the net is that I ate 600 calories and 100 calories in a soda, but it was a big meal - what if I'm wrong. Sadness. That would put me at 1,200 calories - I hope. So later, I had a mini-meal of 380 calories. So I am at 1,600 calories today, but hesitant to eat more because of the restaurant mystery calories! Grrrrrrr..... .... I guess I'll assume that another 100 calories could have been inhaled without my knowledge, and just have a tiny snack and stop. |

600 calories for a meal out sounds really low to me. Most of my "out" meals are 1000 calories or more, but I don't know what you had.
