GOAL!!! My transition from HCG to JUDDD to GOAL!

Me on the scale this morning:

It finally worked to goal! I had a goal of 145 as I was on HCG... and I knew if I didn't get to that goal, I probably wouldn't without more HCG. BUT fortunately, after a super long and slow round of Phase 2 (500 cal/day EVERY day), I started reading up on JUDDD, so even with 2 1/2 lbs left to goal at 147.5, I ended Phase 2 of HCG and began JUDDD while following HCG Phase 3 rules (basically low carb: no sugar & no starch, with the exception of some berries and apples and little bits of other fruits) for three weeks. For the first time ever I stabilized below that last weight on HCG (usually I stabilize about 1-2 lbs above, in constant fear of correction days because I was so close to the top of the range I should be in according to HCG guidelines). So I was satisfied, but curious if I kept going if anything else would happen. I had just lost a bunch on HCG so figured to see additional losses it might take a little time for my body to adjust to the concept.

So I continued JUDDDing along (450-600 DDs, 1700-1800 UDs) into Phase 4 of HCG (maintenance), still basically low carb, though I allowed myself a couple small pieces of candy and some grits here and there, and I hovered around 146-147, with a few times dipping just below 146, or a little above 147... and it's been a few more weeks (so about 5 weeks total on JUDDD). I weighed in two mornings ago at 147.7, which was actually higher than I'd been this whole time (aside from right after vacation). I didn't get on the scale yesterday. Then this morning... WHOOSH! 144.6! I did a double take, at first thinking it said 146.4, which would've been normal for me... but no! 144.6! That's below my goal of 145! And 3.3 lbs less than two days ago!

So if anyone does try JUDDD after HCG, remember the HCG losses were quick and fast, but your body does need to take time to adjust! Wonderful for stabilizing though... and I love that I could take off those last few pesky pounds finally in P4!

I'm already going where no women in my family have gone before! It's complete awesomeness! At 218 lbs a few years ago, I NEVER thought I'd get this low! I had set the goal of 157, as that was my weight before getting pregnant with my first son who is now 8-going-on-9. And here I am! More than a dozen pounds below where I only dreamed I could get to...

Many thanks for all the wonderful support I've gotten from LCFs at the Atkins boards (beginning of my journey), HCG boards (middle), and JUDDD (end... and BEYOND!)

Another hcg person. I have lost about 6 pounds since starting JUDD from hcg. It wasn't an overnight thing but who cares. I wasn't able to maintain after hcg. I was semi satisified with my loss from hcg and was wondering what in the heck to do. I really wanted to have lost about 5 pounds more. Found JUDD and am so happy.

I think I told you so, lol! I'm another that slowly lost those last few pesky pounds after not quite getting to goal with multiple rounds of hCG and never maintaining very well in P3. JUDDD has made life really, really good!

Congratulations!

This post certainly made me happy. I'm so glad you came to JUDDD, and I expect you will continue to do very well now. Forever.

This is certainly not the first time hcg has been making the rounds. Even years and years ago women were doing it. LOL Everybody always seemed to lose fast doing the P2 rounds but nobody could actually maintain their losses following his P3/P4 levels. And there was still restriction on the foods allowed, etc.

But I do think JUDDD is an excellent plan to come to when you are finished with however much time you are doing hcg. Now you can do a modified low calorie day but enjoy a big full calorie day and expect to maintain your losses nicely.

Congratulations! I'm very happy for you!
