I'm back :D
which means my grandma got way better !!! yippee !

UD today (4th in a row... tomorrow will be a good proper DD :) )

B = bread & cheese
L = out, probably a big salad
D = something japanese... don't know what yet !

Now I'm low carbing again it's hard to get my calories up. So it that why it works?

Hi! Back from my week long vacation of ALL UD'S! I gained about 6.5 pounds some of which I hope was water weight from lots of margaritas! I'm down 2 pounds already after 1 DD yesterday. I didn't do a true DD b/c I kept eating/grazing all day. Hoping tomorrow's a better DD for me!

UD today...

B - brekki burrito w/ chicken, onions, peppers, egg, little cheese & salsa
L - taco salad & black beans
D - cfa sandwich & side salad w/ thousand island
S - sf jello, sf popcicle

Had two days of potlucks in a row and enjoyed them. Did a DD yesterday and lost two this am. So I am gonna do a dd today.
B: yoggie, coffee hwc (1)
L: either cup of tomato soup or lime cilantro chicken broth depending what I am in the mood for.
D. veggies and shrimp, small salad and about 1/4 of a spaghetti squash.
S: orange slush

need to calculate calories before I cook today. Pizza looks to be about 1500 (generous) calories...whoa

L: tuna salad with whole wheat crackers (approx. 450)
D: homemade delish beef stroganoff over long grain converted rice (approx. 800)

With about 700 calories left - wow! Who would have thought I would have a hard time eating enough on up days! :)

My biggest struggle is getting in enough calories on an UD. DDs are SO much easier. ^5 to you.

D: Smart Ones Beef Pot roast dinner 190 cal

300 cal...leaves a little extra for something sweet after dinner or a salad w/dinner :)

DD here-- my first good one after my last trip. Tuesday was more of a MD, so I'm determined to make today's DD perfect.

b: republic of tea ginger peach, iced.

L: 8 grape tomatoes, some basil leaves, and 4 bocconcini lite cocktail sized cheese balls, and a big glass of water with Benefiber (106 cal for all that).

D: the plan-- to finally try the cabbage (slaw) stir fry with lite laughing cow cheese. I got some that is about 25cal per wedge.
6oz lean hamburger meat

totals for the day should be:
507 cal
14g net

B: Guacamole turkey burger w/jalapenos, iced tea (was hungry on my way to work)
