DD 700 cals

Today is KILLING ME at work because I have several events going on and they all involve catered food. I've eaten two small pieces of quiche (unbelievably phenomenal) and what I had planned (below). I'm guessing I'm done for the day, and I just need to pat myself on the back for holding back from the pastries and breads and brownies and.....holy cow, I'll be glad to escape!

L: the amazing quiche, one WW pita (100), turkey (60), LC wedge (35).

Here on the other side of the big pong my DD is almost over, and yes they do get better. Well, I woke up with a horrible stomach ache this morning, so didn't thought about eating till lunch anyway.
Lunch was: 200g of curd, or quark that's what we are calling it, with 1 TBS flaxoil and 20gr popped amaranth and one cracker 350cals
Haven't been hungry until 7.30. Which proofs that protein and fat are keeping us feeling full longer, and lots of work helped too.
For dinner I had a few speaks asparagus, protein shake and one peace sprouted bread. Which brings me a bit under 500 cals total for the day. Anyway, I'm looking forward to my bowl of Müesli tomorrow morning.

Hi Dawn. Just curious what the fundraiser is for? My oldest does a lot of "dining out" fundraisers during XC season which will be coming up in a few months

She goes to a charter school with lots of activities, so the fundraisers just go to school events and activities in general. They do fundraisers at restaurants once a month (Chuck E Cheese, John's Incredible, Red Robin, etc.) and 20% of the profit goes to the school.

We went to Habit Burger last night and noticed they were doing one for the girl scouts, so I guess that's the latest thing in fundraising.

They also do grocery store fundraisers at Fresh and Easy a couple times a year.

That's neat! Although it can be challenging when dieting, I prefer these type of fundraisers over buying items from a catalog that I will probably never use.
