Depends on how you're eating. For me, it's fat since I'm low carb. I'd probably look up some of the gluc pudding recipes using the unsweetened almond milk. Very low cal and the gluc fills up some people up. I know I had some last night, still had calories left for my lc blueberry cobbler but didn't even want it.

Go for protein or fat.

Often when I'm ravenously hungry on DDs it's because I haven't been drinking enough. Get a glass of water and drink it fairly quickly. Then sit with your hunger for a little while and notice how it will probably abate. This works for me.

Chicken/ Fish or an egg.

Eat with a ton of green salad and a sprinkle of olive oil. As long as you don't go nuts on portion size that should do it.

I don't know what WOE you are doing, but if you are starving, you are not eating the right type of calories. Just for now, make a huge salad...and eat.

perhaps if you can post your plan, we can be more helpful

I just posted about a rice pudding I created today:
YUM! Low Cal/Low Carb Rice Pudding! Great on DDs!

I used glucommannan powder and miracle rice in it - they're related substances - small amounts can REALLY fill you up! So even if you're not a rice pudding fan, I suggest you figure out ways to incorporate gluc powder and/or miracle noodles, as both truly help me when I get hungry on DDs - without many calories!
