B: Choice between a) oat groats w/Davinci's SF coconut and coconut oil, or b) 1 C FF greek yogurt (my mango lassi) and black coffee.
L: Guacamole turkey burger with added jalapenos, large iced tea.
D: No idea yet.

B - string cheese 80c
L - salad with guac, salsa, cheese, sour cream 220c
D - roasted cauli and ham 140c

That is 440c, if I need, I will add another string cheese in the a.m. IF NECESSARY then 520c.

D=a concoction I made Saturday... hamburger/onions/celery/diced tomatoes/peas/carrots/corn/greenbeans/laughing cow cheese/chicken broth ... it was pretty good. My daughter even kept getting into it. There is enough left for DH and I both pretty good portions of it.

Want to try not eating snacks on my DDs for a while; drinking lots of water today too! :kicking:

Lunch veggies with WF dressing 60 calories

Supper shitaki noodles with veggies, chicken and shrimp 240 calories

snack 3-2-1 cake 100 calories

total 400 calories-leaving room for a 70 calorie fiber bar if I need it!

Hope the scale is kind to all of us!!

Immunocal w/ orange juice = 65
Coffee w/cream = 150

L - Salad = 150

D - Steak or chicken, potato and vegetables = 450/500

Snack - ?

Lots of water.

(DD's are definitely easier - too many decisions on UDs).

B: just coffee, then an iced coffee w/half and half
D: curry (cod, shrimp, kitchens of india butter chicken blend), butter, over steamed cabbage
Snack: small peach
S: making a big greek salad w/romaine, spinach, olives, shrimp, feta, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and maybe a little pasta
Maybe some wine (maybe a lot!)

I'm BACK :D after a week and a half of traveling, and while I tried to stick to rotations at the beginning (last week), I just gave up, since I had 0 control over my meals. So I ate well, enjoyed, and now I'm back and having a good DD so far:

B: iced tea
L: I'm thinking shirataki noodles
D: not sure-- leftover proteins that are in the fridge, and maybe boiled radishes

L: stuck at work, so I was thankful I had frozen stuff: Lean Gourmet shrimp and pasta, Green Giant Just for One broccoli w/cheese, ak-mak's with laughing cow and marmite.
