Are my numbers right?
 
I need some advice from some experienced JUDDDers. On the website it gives me about 1600 calories on UDs, and 321 on my DD. When I stick closer to 1600 calories on UDs my weight drops, and doesn't fluctuate up like Ive noticed most other JUDDDers weights. DOes this mean that I should add more calories to my UDs? Yesterday I ate about 2100 calories, maybe a little more or less, and on the scale this morning I was only .2 pounds up. I don't know what to think, or if I should adjust my numbers or what. I have however noticed that the more water I drink during the day, the more weight drops off the next day. Any advice would be great!

I'd be inclined to keep things as they are unless you plan on having lots and lots of Up Up and Away Days.

I assume you are still trying to lose, not maintain, although you are very tiny?

Most people would love your problem.

Did you start at 103 and have gained to 108.2? I can't tell if your chart is top to bottom or bottom to top. Would make a big difference in how I view your question.:dunno:

I'm confused, if you're losing weight following you're numbers why would you change them. Are you trying to gain?:stars:

Hi there! Your stats seems similar to mine and id love to share our inputs. Do you mind letting us know your stats? I'm hovering at 110lb too and it's amazing how you lost 5 pounds despite being alr small sized and fairly quickly! What did you do please share your secret! Haha!

Well assuming the chart is bottom up and you're trying to lose!
