Yes, love it when the rotation brings me three UDs for the work week. My brain works better.

b-HB egg, lite toast, BACON, cream cheese, coffe with ffhnh and splenda

l-sandwich made of lite rye, lite mayo and dijonnaise, thin deli Black Forest ham, cukes

s-coffee as above and lite toast w/ butter or cream cheese

d- "Cook's Country" recipe for boneless sauteed pork chops-dredged in buttermilk, dijon and garlic, then cornflakes and cornstarch-should be nice and crispy. Maybe roasted cauliflower, broccoli.

s- rehearsal tonight so may see what the folks brought and actually have a little something

I'm attempting a restart either today (UD) or if that fails tomorrow (DD)

I picked the craziest 2 weeks to do it- Arizona, Toronto, and two tradeshows. Wish me luck!

B: smoothie- spinach, cilantro, mint, pineapple, protein, pure synergy, coconut water (290)

L: sunflower nutrient pate wrapped in collards, raw pecan "cookies" (595)

S: green juice- parsley, romaine, kale, spinach, ginger, apple, lemon (200)

Lunch - Chicken thigh

Lemon juice in fizzy water + Stevia to taste ( I love this)

Dinner - Another piece of chicken thigh and 100g coronation rice.

All under 450 cals

More protein than carbs (I'm aiming for 50% each) but on a DD that feels right.

Breakfast - Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal, skim milk, blueberries
Lunch - Wienie-Thingy
Dinner- Marinated pork tenderloin with pan sauce, ratatouille, sauteed cabbage with bacon, and either Beeb's DD Creamy Egg Custard or a SF pudding cup for dessert
Snacks - kiwis, strawberries, 100 calorie popcorn, one string cheese

My calories are a little bit high, but I've really been struggling with keeping my UDs in check (way, way too many Up, Up and Away days lately), so I'm giving myself some wiggle room right now--not going above 2000, but keeping the option to go up to 1900-1950--and hope to bring them down where they should be soon.

I'm going back to 500ish calories on DDs. While on 368 DDs, I binged every UD. No thank you, I'd rather lose slower than deal with that bad habit.

Trying something new today - I have found that 8 boneless honey bbq wings from Buffalo wild wings is 500 cals. Usually 4 fills me up so I'm splitting those between lunch & dinner

Other than that...tea/water/diet soda

I got really bad news today and the stress was too much, I had a cookie and 3 salad wraps for dinner.
I have to go to Lyon tomorrow to say goodbye to my grandma, I have no idea how long i'll stay there but I'll put JUDDD on hold till then.

I hope i'll be back soon ! (meaning she somehow gets better... :aprayer: )
