Can someone point me to a place where I can see what all these acronyms mean please?
I get the UD and DD, but I keep seeing Ms thrown in there, UUDD (or something like that) and a few others that have me scratching my head.
UD = Up Day, a day at our top calories. This is our *feasting* day.
DD = Down Day, a day at (usually) 500 calories or fewer. This is our *fasting* day.
MD = Medium Day, a day of calories half way between UD and DD.
FD = Free Day, an UD that you don't even bother to count calories on. It's *free*.
UUAD = Up, Up and Away Day. :-( A day that got away from you and went way over.
