How should I set the calories?

I've noticed that many of you suggest setting the calorie calculator on the JUDDD site to little or no exercise. I exercise with some intensity about 4 times a week, but I've been on JUDDD for over 2 weeks and have only lost about 2 lbs. Should I lower the Cals to little or no exercise as well, even though I do exercise? I also intend to start running as much as I can, and increasing the amount of running every week. I'm just a bit worried about taking the cals too low and stalling later on.

It you exercise regularly I would check the moderate exercise dot. It will let you play with a few more calories.

Personally I would tick the little or no exercise option. Sorry to disagree Becky.

You should then see a better loss. It is easy enough to raise you calories later if necessary.

Pat (So Happy) always says, 'Why would you exercise to burn calories and then add them back?' Makes sense to me, unless you are running a Marathon.

I'm thinking I'm gonna try lowering my cals. Right now I'm eating about 300 more cals than the reccommended intake for the little to no exercise setting. I really don't think I'm burning 300 extra cals a day with exercise. At least not at this point.
