I've been treading water. So haven't gotten to read here for some time?

I had forgot how much u all make me laugh.
I've missed it! I've missed u allllll.
Good part is I'm holding my wt 133-135 lbs.
Haven't had a cold day for some time either.
I also miss that part.
Reading here is sorta like a hobby.
Gota work it in!
My brother in law has started Atkins. I feel for him.
Two weeks induction is almost over, he's lost 10 lbs. Happy us!

Muffabuff, cute name.
Well funny u say that bout my bil.
His wife and I have exercised together and run together for a hand full if years.
And have to add Lowcarb together.
All the above has made us closer.
We feed off each other. Her husband is the one that's started Atkins. Well he is totally not like his wife and me. He doesn't want a diet buddy, doesn't want to talk about the diet. TotAlly comphy doing it himself. He's a great guy. Very good to his wife and family.
I love him.
He is one tough Lowcarb cookie!! Ha
