pictures of brown recluse bite and I've blown my diet

Quick recap....I was bitten by a brown recluse spider on Sunday morning. Immediately went to the doctor but nothing can be done. You just have to wait and see if you react. I did get antibiotics, but they won't stop the poison. At the hospital they draw a circle around bite so they can see if reaction has spread.

I've not had a DD since this happened. I need to make tomorrow a DD. I've gained 2 lbs.

I was thinking about you off and on all day today, wondering how you were doing. Really sorry to hear it's getting worse but so glad you're under a doctor's care, and he's someone you know, not a stranger.

I hope it doesn't get much worse. OUCH!!!. We have them at our house too but I don't ever seem to recognize the little buggers. I am beginning to think my DH calls all spiders a brown recluse

Oh Renee, you really are in my thoughts and prayers. I cannot imagine what you are going through, waiting to see what the venom does. Do what you need to do to maximize you body's ability to respond to the venom.

This was on my husband the other day - luckily no biting!!!! It's a green jumping spider.

Hope it feels better soon - and doesn't have too much in the way of ongoing problems!

I love spiders, I almost went to college for entomology. I am weary of brown recluse, those guys are not nice! Jumping spiders are among my favorites, cute little guys they are! They have the best hearing of all the spiders if you talk to them they will turn around and look at you! They are not typically biters, I have picked the big black hairy guys up many a time and they are very docile. I would never handle a recluse.

I hope your bite heals up rapidly! The pictures looked very painful...

Oh girl I pray that it dont get any worse.. that does look painfull, and as far as your weight, please just take these days to get better from that awfull bite! You weight loss is not really the concern here, your health is.. Prayers being sent for a full recovery from this~

those things are awful! made a big hold in my face that took over a year to fill back in hope you don't have that bad a reaction healing vibes sent your way
