UD But I'm sticking to V low carb this week.

Breakfast: Coffee with skimmed milk, poached egg on ham

Lunch: Chicken drumsticks. 0% Greek yoghurt with a shot of sweetened coffee.

Dinner: Grilled plaice with green salad.

UD here and vacation starts at 3:30 today! I won't be posting til next Tuesday! No JUDDDing either...Here's to hoping I don't gain much! Today's weight is 183.5.

B - burrito w/ egg, spinach, onions, red bell pepper, mushrooms, bacon, little salsa
S - pure protein shake
L - leftover chicken spaghetti, lots of water
D - jersey mikes turkey sub on whole wheat, sun chips, water

Either a dd/FD or full DD depending on how I feel as the day goes on.

Had medical test early this a.m. and didn't sleep well last night - was basically a zombie all morning, not to mention sick from the chemicals used in the gallbladder test. Been napping, sipping water, and started feeling better around 12:30.

12:30 - 1:30 p.m.
-1 oz. almonds
-2 carrots
-about 1/4 c. salmon (finished up a pouch)
-1 banana + 2 T. natural crunchy peanut butter

Up to around 450 calories.

My first DD! Not too bad since I've been on the food and booze bender the last 4 days, I am ready for the break!

Breakfast: Diet coke and an atkins bar: 160 calories
Lunch: Atkins shake: 150 calories
snack: diet coke and cup of fruit: 50 calories

I've been drinking a ton of ice water today.

my plan for dinner is another atkins bar. I'll move to "real" food on DD's after a few cycles.

UD and completely swamped at work and at home!

B: 1T EVCO, black tea
L: 2 soft-boiled eggs, 4 slices bacon, pan-fried yellowfish, 1 mini babybel original
D: larb neua (spicy thai beef salad--first time making this!), homemade guacamole, raw milk truffle gouda
S: salt & vinegar almonds, chocolate protein shake (Well Wisdom natural cocoa, Fage 0%, 1 egg, half & half, 100% cocoa powder, stevia, ice)

1600 calories total. I have no idea what else to add because I haven't been hungry (way too much going on today). I'll decide after I get home.

Decided to change my dinner to about 1/2 cup homemade tuna fish salad and a large cucumber, sliced (corn is a delicious veggie, but it is higher in calories) and will enjoy my SF pudding before bedtime!

I'm in the middle of what would be a JUDDD *No-No* day.....

I haven't planned anything, I have no idea what I'm going to be eating, and I'm so busy I don't even have an impulse to think about it.

I drank 2-1/2 mugs of coffee with half & half this morning.

I did cheapie TV dinners in the oven for our lunch, with a slice of marble rye & butter and a glass of whole milk.

And I'm finally done gardening, working like a beast of burden, for the day, showered, and enjoying a vodka tonic!

Later we head out to an evening event, where we may or may not choose to eat, and if we don't eat there, we'll go *somewhere* afterward to have a late supper. No idea of what I'll be eating.

Not a way I recommend for JUDDDing.
